1. Who we are
Sokol Systems ("we", "us") provides a subscription creative service producing advertising and marketing creative, including static ads, video ads, UGC-style videos, edited short-form video, product visuals and photography, and social content. By subscribing you agree to these terms.
2. The subscription
The subscription costs $2,995 per month, billed in advance through Stripe. You may submit unlimited requests. Requests are produced one at a time; the next begins when the current one is delivered. We guarantee delivery of each request within 48 hours of starting work on it (when its status changes to In progress). The 48 hours count Monday to Friday, US Eastern Time; weekends and US federal holidays are excluded. Because we take on a limited number of clients, new subscriptions may be waitlisted when we are at capacity.
3. Pausing and cancelling
You can pause or cancel anytime from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We do not refund partial months. Work already delivered remains yours.
4. What you provide
You are responsible for the materials you send us, such as product photos, logos and brand guidelines. You confirm you own them or have permission to let us use them, and that your product claims are accurate and lawful.
5. How we create the work
We combine human creative direction with AI image and video generation tools. Review each delivery before publishing it. You are responsible for how you use the creative, including compliance with advertising platform policies and laws that apply to your product or industry. Where a video includes music, we use tracks you supply or tracks licensed for commercial use, and tell you the source. Sounds you add yourself inside a platform are your responsibility.
6. Ownership
Once delivered, you may use the creative for any lawful purpose. We may show delivered work in our portfolio only with your permission.
7. Revisions
We revise each request until it meets its brief. Requests that substantially change the brief are treated as new requests.
8. Acceptable use
We may decline requests that are unlawful, infringe someone else's rights, make misleading claims, or impersonate real people without consent.
9. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms or our pricing. We will email you at least 30 days before a change affects your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
