Not another design agency

Send us your winners. We’ll make them champions.

Your best ad or post is the brief. We turn it into a stream of fresh variations: new hooks, new angles, new formats. What’s working keeps winning.

Example winner

Examples of winners clients send: their best UGC video for five new hooks; a post that went viral for more in the same style; a top static ad for new visuals; a winning carousel turned into a short video.

What we make

Not just ads. The whole works.

Winners are where we start, not where we stop. Product shots, photography, UGC-style content, social posts, action and lifestyle, for paid ads and your feed. Any product, any style.

Sample work for concept brands, made by our studio. Your work is built from your brand and your winners.

The Problem

Your winners burn out. Nobody builds on them.

Every account has ads and posts that work. Most brands run them until they’re tired, then start again from scratch. The smarter move is to build on what’s already proven.

Winners burn out

An ad works for a week, then frequency climbs and your cost per purchase creeps up.

56% of sales lift comes from the creative itself

Starting over is a gamble

Most brand-new ads lose. A variation of a proven winner starts from something your audience already responded to.

Only 5–10% of tested creatives become winners

Production can't keep up

Agencies are slow, freelancers are patchy, and one designer can only do so much.

Top accounts test 15–25 new ads a week

Figures from published advertising and performance-marketing benchmarks.

How it works

Send a winner. Get champions back.

You know what’s working. We make more of it. Then we do it again with the next winner.

You

Send us your winners, ads or posts.

Pick the ads that are converting or the posts that took off and drop them in your portal. Tell us what you want: more hooks, new formats, the same angle with fresh visuals. No account access needed. You know your numbers.

Sokol

We multiply them, within 48 hours. Guaranteed.

A creative director works out why the winner works, the hook, the format, the angle, and builds new versions that keep that DNA while changing one thing at a time. Delivered in every size, named clearly, in your shared drive. Weekends don’t count toward the 48 hours.

You

Keep the best, send the next winner.

Launch the new versions and see which come out on top. Send those back and we build on them again, while whatever doesn’t perform drops out. Every round starts from a stronger base. Revisions are unlimited.

The Winner Playbook

How we multiply a winner, and how to keep it winning.

Every delivery comes with a short test guide. These are the rules behind it, for your ads and your feed.

  1. How it works 1

    You send a winner

Drop your best ad or post into your portal and tell us what you want: more hooks, new formats, fresh visuals. We never need access to your ad account.

  2. How it works 2

    We take it apart

Hook, format, angle, offer, visual style, pacing. We work out what’s carrying the winner before we change a thing.

  3. How it works 3

    New versions in 48 hours

Every platform size, each one named for the single thing it changes, so you always know what you’re testing.

  4. How it works 4

    With a test guide

A short note with every delivery: what each version changes, what to run it against, and what to send back next. Every round starts from a stronger winner.

  5. The playbook 1

    Hook them in 3 seconds

The opening decides whether anyone sees the rest. Lead with the result, a bold question or movement, never your logo.

  6. The playbook 2

Change one thing at a time

New hook, same visuals. New visuals, same hook. When a version wins, you’ll know exactly why, and what to build on next.

  7. The playbook 3

    Refresh before it burns out

When frequency climbs and your cost per result starts creeping up, the ad is getting tired. Make new versions of it before results slide further.

  8. The playbook 4

Show the product early, in use

Get it on screen in the first seconds, ideally in someone’s hands. People buy what they can picture themselves using.

  9. The playbook 5

    Design for sound off

Plenty of people scroll with the sound off. Put the message in captions and on-screen text so the ad works either way.

  10. The playbook 6

Make every size, mind the edges

4:5 for feeds, 9:16 for Reels and Stories. In vertical video, keep text away from the top, the bottom and the right edge, where the app’s buttons sit.

  11. The playbook 7

    Mix your formats

Static, video, carousel and UGC-style catch people in different moods. A winning angle often wins again in a new format.

  12. The playbook 8

Let the numbers pick the champion

Your favorite isn’t always the winner. Run versions side by side, keep what converts, send it back to us, and go again.

The Math

The team you’d have to hire. Or one subscription.

Ads, product shots, photography, video and UGC usually take four different people. Here’s what they cost each month at median US pay.

  • Graphic designer

    Static ads, feed posts, carousels

    $5,247/month
  • Video editor

    Reels, launch videos, video ads

    $6,258/month
  • Photographer

    Product, lifestyle and editorial shots

    $3,722/month
  • UGC creators

    About 10 creator-style videos a month

    $1,750/month
Your content team $16,977/month in pay alone, before benefits, payroll taxes, gear and software
Sokol Systems $2,995/month All of it, for one flat rate. No contract. Start your subscription

Comparing agencies instead? Performance creative agencies typically charge $30,000–50,000 a month, usually with a 6–12 month contract.

Monthly figures are US median annual pay divided by 12, from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (May 2025): graphic designers $62,960, film and video editors $75,100, photographers $44,660. UGC creators at a typical rate of about $175 per video. Your costs will vary.

Questions

Good to know.

How does it work?

Send us an ad or post that’s performing well. We work out why it works and make new versions built on it: new hooks, angles, formats and sizes. You test them, keep the best, and send the new winners back. Then we go again.

Do you need access to my ad account?

No. You know which ads and posts are performing. Send us the winners as a file or a link (a screenshot of the results helps) and we take it from there.

Does it work for social posts too?

Yes. If an organic post or reel got strong engagement, send it over and we’ll make more in that style, format and hook, for any platform.

What if I don’t have a winner yet?

Then we start from your product, your brand and what’s working in your category, and you send us your first winner once it shows up. You can always request something brand new.

Can you guarantee my ads will perform?

No one honestly can. What we promise is the process: every round builds on what your audience has already responded to, delivered within 48 hours.

How is it unlimited?

Add as many requests as you like, with no monthly cap. We produce them one at a time, and each one is delivered within 48 hours of when we start it, so there's always work moving.

Is it only ads?

No. Ads and winners are the core, but the same subscription covers product shots, lifestyle and editorial photography, UGC-style content, action shots, social posts and edited Reels and TikToks. Send raw footage and we’ll cut it, or send a video that’s working and we’ll remix it. If your brand needs it in a feed, send it as a request.

What can you make from a winner?

New hooks and openings, new angles, the same idea in other formats (static, video, carousel, UGC-style, edited Reels), fresh visuals, and every size you need, for ads and for social posts.

How fast is delivery?

Within 48 hours, guaranteed, from static ads to UGC-style videos. The clock starts when we begin your request (it moves to In progress in your portal) and only counts Monday to Friday, US Eastern Time.

What if I don't like something?

Tell us what to change and we revise it until it's right. Revisions are unlimited.

How can it cost this little?

A human creative director owns the strategy and quality of every piece, while our AI production system removes the slow, expensive parts of traditional production: crews, shoots and long approval chains.

Do I own the work?

Yes. Everything we deliver is yours to use in ads, on your site and on social media.

Is there a contract?

No. It's month to month. Pause or cancel in one click from your billing portal.
